What happen if it's raining on photo day

It depends. We will work with the club to decide what to do. Overcast days are great for photos, but wet photos are not great! By default, we aim to be at the ground ready to do photos unless we've been told by the club that photo day has been cancelled.


What happens on photo day?

We ask teams to arrive about 10 minutes early. On photo day, our friendly staff will take a portrait of each player in the team, and a team photo. If you have any special needs, just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate!


What happens after photo day?

After photo day, we will send your team's coach/manager a 'proof' of the team photos to check that all the players have been identified correctly, and that we've recorded all of the orders correctly.


How long will it take to get my photos?

Generally, we try to get your photos back in to the club 1-2 weeks, but every club is different. Photos are usually distributed back through the club via the coaches or managers. Sometimes they are handed back directly through teams, or they might be passed back at a special event, like presentation.


Can I order after photo day?

It depends when you would like to get your photos back! Photos that are prepaid will come back to the club with the team's delivery. Orders that come in just after photo day and while the photos are being proofed can also be added to the team's delivery. After photos are delivered, you can place a 'late order'. Late orders include postage and handling and are posted to you directly.
